I am Chelsea, the owner and operator of Blakey Jo Boutique and I am located in Phoenix, AZ. The Boutique was named after our youngest child, one of our four children, we have a wonderful mixed family! Blake Jolene is our adorable three year old and the name Blakey Jo stuck!
